This resource can be used as part of a whole-school activity for Children’s mental health week or as a one of activity to help students engage and discuss any feelings they are keeping inside. Students should think about all of the feelings they are bottling up, these could be, worry, fear, loss etc. Students can also think about how this might look when those feelings fizz/spill out- does this look like angry outbursts, crying, self-isolating. This is a safe and non-invasive method of promoting a basis for talk therapy. Students can work independently, in a 1:1 setting with a teacher or in a small group to complete this activity.
